Olivia

Here is little 'Livee" sitting up all by her self. She is such a doll baby and oh so bright eyed.

Don't you just love her tu-tu all cute and rosey rink.

'Livee will soon be on the move. Here are some of the things she is doing now. Watch her grow!

end of 6 month milestones-

Keeps head level when pulled to sitting position
Makes some vowel-consonant sounds
Sits by self with minimal support
Opens mouth for spoon
Reaches for and grabs objects
Rolls over and back
Drinks from a cup with help
Can hold bottle
Copies some facial expressions
Makes two-syllable sounds
Discovered the joy of being somewhat independent -
Smiles and plays

it's so much fun to review these milestones and reminisce about my earlier days of my motherhood...brings back a wave of wonderful feelings and emotions.

These are wonderful times. So much to discover and share.

Seneca

"not sure I see anything in here"-- (but I'll keep trying , trying is fun)

Seneca is on the move- watch out- here she comes and she is fast. Little miss serious takes time out for a few smiles during her very busy day. She brought her two best furry friends (Couger and Elmo) along to her eighteen month photo session. Glad to have a moment to capture those big blue eyes that I love so much.

Shanel

Look whose looking so cute! It's Shanel. This bright gal is a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed her relaxed nature and fun attitude. Her photos have great backdrops: willow trees, fall color interest, tall grasses, pond and more. (I'm glad to know her.) She's my go to gal for yearbook info and insight. I'm so luck-- I get to photograph all the exciting seniors!

This is my newest rep- Kaeli- personality plus. I had so much fun keeping warm during her photo session and helping to keep Kaeli moving around so she could be relaxed and have a good time. I love the fall colors and the plum punch of her vest in this photo. Ohhh ... and the cute hat- just makes the look complete-yeah! Remeber the book- the little engine that could {love that book}...be the little engine and enjoy the rest of your senior year. Have a great time/one day you'll look back and you'll remember all the fun you had with your friends.

Have you seen this guy? He's been seen carrying a tennis racket and hanging out with friends-
Give him a big smile unless you know him- in that case, give him a big hug! He's a great guy. The first person to email me with his name wins a 5x7 photo of their choice {not of this guy but of yourself- if you had your photos taken by me}

Paige

Paige-wow did you have the best day or what? First rain, then wind, then the perfect fall day!
Thanks for having so much fun and trying some new sights with me. I love your pics and can't wait for you to see how awesome, natural and cute you are!

Krysten and Kaylee

Buddies,BFF,Girls Friends, Pals, all you need is one good friend who likes you just the way your are!
Little miss smiley is back! Kaylee- oh my gosh, you're very own rep cards hot off the press. Just as cute as your BF Krysten's {metallic too}

Krysten- your are so fun and darn cute too. I made this card for you-can't wait to give you the cards- the are metallic and so super-fly. You are going to love them.

New little one

This is the sweetest, cutest, little baby boy. He is simply beautiful. I took these photos in their home so that they could enjoy the comforts of home sweet home. It was so great that both mom and dad were home too. A perfect beginning to a beautiful day with their sweet little one. Can you see how in love they are with their little guy. (and each other too)

I love the bright colors you wore and the awesome color in the flowers and surroundings. The lighting in your photos is so cool! Love the way the sun shines on your hair. Hope you are having a great senior year so far. Keep on, keep on wearing the great, bright colors...they looks so good on you.

Kaylee

Kaylee truly is "little miss sunshine" but I named her photo "Little miss Smiley" and she is that too. I had so much fun creating great images for Kaylee. I had her bring along her Twilight book so we could photograph her reading it. I liked her images so much I used one on my calendar page on my website.{she found it before I got a chance to tell her} Kaylee is someone you could never run out of things to talk about. She has so many interests and is a good hearted person - she is simply contagious= (:

More buddies...these two friends are awesome together. We worked at the whole "Twilight" look. Loved the books so much, we had to try for some fun photos to go with the theme. Someone looks mad, because Bella likes Edward. With friends like Kristin who needs Edward?

More photos to come when I get to the real deals. Keep smile'n Kaylee.
SHAUNA- so much fun! you are a kick! Shauna...the woman of many great faces. This is a buddy photo of Shauna with her beautiful pal in a great setting. Wish I could have shown you your beautiful photos today-- see you soon.

Christmas in October Special

Send me an email if you would like to reserve a spot for your family! photosbycarla@msn.com

Nicole

I found these photos of my daughter while I was looking for Maddie's photos and I decided to have some fun with them. I took these at the farm last year during her senior session. Nicole was a good sport and created some dramatic and fun images with the rod iron gate. I like the different perspectives of these photos and they serve as a reminder that there are more than one approach/side/story to everything and so today I will take the time to remember and practice this notion. I'm so grateful that I came upon these images today. Nicole's profile and eyes are so pretty. I could hug her forever, (but she needs to do other things like school and work and have a life) she is so sweet. So I'll hold her in my heart and love and hug her there.

Maddie

Maddie- Hope you are having a great time at WSU.

I love your pictures from last fall.... and here we are again approaching fall. Glad you'll be able to use these awesome photos of you for web use. I had a difficult time deciding on the photos to post. These are some of my favorites of the close up photos. You are so dang cute. Keep in touch.
I send great care packages but I need your address to send one to you:}
-Where ever you go, go with all you heart.
